Togo: Consultant sought for CEB strategic plan

Togo is seeking expressions of interest from consultants by 1 October for a contract to update the strategic plan for the Benin-Togo Communauté Electrique du Bénin (CEB) and develop a business plan. The contract is funded by the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA).According to the tender notice, the government is transferring the IDA funding to Compagnie Energie Electrique du Togo (CEET) to finance the Energy Sector Support and Investment Project.
