UAE/Sharjah: Sultan Bin Mohammad’s cultural kudos

Sharjah Ruler Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al-Qasimi has been enhancing his reputation as a devotee of culture by handing a number of rare gifts to institutions and opening a number of literary events and spaces. On 12 December he gave two rare manuscripts to the Islamic Manuscripts House at Al-Qasimia University in Sharjah. They included the Books of Law in Medicine, which dates back to between 980AD and 1037AD.
