Following a recommendation from another company, in November 2019 an international law firm requested support in a multi-billion dollar arbitration through providing research and information about how the politics of a Middle Eastern country affected (and would affect in the future) a large-scale infrastructure investment. We provided two formal written reports (December 2019 and July 2021), further research into the political situation in the country concerned (August 2022) and support/preparation for hearings (January-March 2023).
