Mozambique: Benga non-binding agreements signed
Kibo Energy announced on 5 September that it has signed a non-binding power purchase term sheet (PPTS) and non-binding coal supply term sheet (CSTS) with Vale Mozambique SA for the Benga coal power project. AIM-listed Kibo holds a 65% stake in the project, which involves construction of a 150MW-300MW coal power plant close to Vale’s coal mine.
